Natural Awakenings Naples and Fort Myers

Weisberg Leads Reconnecting to Earth Sessions

Janet Weisberg be will hosting Reconnecting to Earth events from 9 to 11 a.m., May 7, at Naples Preserve; 8:30 to 10:30 a.m., May 10, at Naples Landing; 9 to 11 a.m., May 18, at Sugden Park, in Naples; and 8 to 10 a.m., May 28, at Tiger Tail Beach, on Marco Island. These free exchanges help participants regain senses and reconnect with life, health and nature with purpose.

Experiences and connections encompass some of the 53 separate, actionable senses, covering meditation, feelings, chemicals and mental capacities, plus one more, “the sense of unity of natural attraction as the singular mother essence and source of all other senses,” says Weisberg, MS (applied ecopsychology), licensed massage therapist, certified traumatologist and certified Project NatureConnect practitioner.

“Planet Earth is what we, as part of a global community, have in common,” she adds. “We share a common destiny. The benefits of connection are immediate and deeply satisfying, including, but not limited to, a sense of calm, peace, connectedness, awareness, gratitude, wholeness and joy!”
