In 1982, during the months spent packing her household belongings for a move from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to Fort Myers, Florida, the persistence of a friend kept Tina Crumpacker in the City of Brotherly Love just long enough to attend a Lifespring human potential training. Several years after her move, Crumpacker, founder of TMC Productions, in Fort Myers, began volunteering for numerous Lifespring trainings. On her 10th anniversary, transformed by what she had learned during the experiential work, Crumpacker set out on an ultimate entrepreneurial adventure—to produce her own personal growth and self-awareness trainings.

“I consolidated the most valuable teachings from every course and workshop that I ever attended and turned them into powerful courses that ensured individuals would identify limiting beliefs and break through them to live the life of their dreams. The Teacher, Master, Champion (TMC) trainings are designed to peel away the layers of the false self and reveal the pure essence of the individual, so they can live powerfully from their authentic self,” she explains.

Entry-level training begins with The Journey. Here, participants exchange limiting beliefs for empowering philosophies that support the pursuit of their life’s vision. “This first transformational experience is where the individual experiences themselves as a Teacher,” remarks Crumpacker, author of The Journey to YOU.

Advanced Living Principles (ALP) is a rigorous course in which individuals discover their uniqueness and have an opportunity to experience themselves at a higher level. “This level of growth is Mastery,” says Crumpacker.

Leadership in Action occurs during three weekend courses and 90 days of personal coaching where individuals master the art of being a contribution to the world. Maintaining balance in career, relationships and mind/body/spirit while moving forward is essential. “At this level, Champion, we see clients achieve their goals for one year in 90 days,” explains Crumpacker, who notes that after this level, graduates are invited to volunteer as staff during future programs.

“Many of TMC’s 10,000 graduates, who came from as far away as Alaska, Hawaii, South America, Europe and even Egypt, had already read books, listened to CDs and watched videos on the subjects of transformation, leadership and relationships before TMC trainings. They each discovered that nothing could teach as powerfully as experiential learning.
