D-Signed Nutrition has added Carrie Bloemers, a registered and licensed dietitian-nutritionist, to its team in Bonita Springs. With a certificate of training in adult and pediatric weight management from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, Bloemers will apply functional and integrative nutrition philosophies to her patient care practices in both private counseling and group classes.

After earning a degree in nutrition and dietetics from the University of Cincinnati, graduating at the top of her class, Bloemers will complete her Masters of Science degree in Nutrition and Wellness from Benedictine University this spring. A member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the Weight Management and Integrative Nutrition Practice groups, she believes there is no perfect diet for everyone and follows an individualized approach to improve the quality of life and health of her patients.
