Heather Auld, M.D., of Lee Physician Group Integrative Medicine, will host Preventative Breast Cancer: Risk Factors You Can Control, at 3 p.m., October 27, at the Lee Health Healthy Life Center, in Estero. Attendees will learn about health and wellness changes that can decrease the risk of breast cancer and improve health.

The American Cancer Society estimates that, in 2016, 246,660 new cases of invasive breast cancer will be diagnosed in women in the U.S, and approximately one in eight U.S. women will develop breast cancer over the course of their lifetime.
