Sayer Ji, founder and director of GreenMedInfo.com (GMI), launched an upgrade to the resource for complementary and alternative medicine information last month. The upgrade represents a one-year effort to redo the entire user experience and improve functions on the site, which receives a million visits per month and sends 100 million emails of free content supporting evidence-based, natural medicine per year.

Ji hopes to increase the database by 70 percent to 100,000 abstracts by the end of 2017, as well as create the first GMI application for iPhone and Android users.
