The Barre Fusion Pilates Studio, in Naples, is kicking off the New Year with a free Pilates Power Reformer demonstration class from noon to 1 p.m., January 9. The studio will also offer discounted rates for ongoing package or single-class sessions.

Nine spots are available. Participants must arrive at least 15 minutes beforehand and bring water and toe socks, which can be purchased on-site if needed.
