International healer Bart Smyth will be leading a Healing Circle from 6 to 8 p.m., January 18, at Food and Thought’s Thoughtful Threads dining area, in Naples. His transformative gatherings address chronic health challenges, the cutting of psychic ties, removal of toxic aggressive energies, clearing of ancestral patterns, traumas, emotional wounds, depression and more.  Attendees can express their healing needs to the group and Smyth will teach empowering and beneficial interactive tai chi and qigong exercises that can be used daily to strengthen the core and relieve stress.

A shamanic healer with 44 years of experience in martial arts and 30 years in the healing arts, Smyth is a master practitioner and instructor of the Yuen Method, a medicine man ordained by the Shipibo tribe in Peru, grand master of tai chi, qigong, and certified in Thai shiatsu, hansa shiatsu, massage, reiki and abayanga massage. He is available for private sessions and weekend classes, with phone and skype consultations offered for non-local clients.
