CREW Concert and Silent Eco-Auction in Bonita Springs

High Voltage Band

The CREW Land & Water Trust will host its 11th annual Concert and Silent Eco-Auction from 5 to 9 p.m., February 24, at Riverside Park, in Bonita Springs. Highlights include opportunities to bid on many nature-based items and experiences, and live music by the High Voltage Band, playing a mix of Motown and current hits. The event will feature food from Cherie’s Sweet Treats, Red Roc Cravings, Nonni’s Pizza and Spudz, and Momentum Brewhouse.

Last year’s event raised nearly $30,000 to fund environmental education programs, including field trips for third-graders from area schools, classes for students from Florida Gulf Coast University and Nature’s Peace, a program that provides guided walks for people with Alzheimer’s disease and visually impaired guests.

“Our concert is our biggest fundraiser each year and is a great opportunity for our members, supporters and the public to come together for a great cause,” explains Brenda Brooks, executive director for CREW Land & Water Trust.

Tickets: $15 in advance, $20 at the door or $75 for limited VIP Cafe tickets. Location: 10451 Old 41 Rd. For tickets, visit CrewTrust.org or Tinyurl.com/y9qydgas. To become a sponsor, email [email protected]. To donate an item or activity to the auction, email [email protected].
