Dr. Frank DiChiara, DO, has joined the Naples/Fort Myers Transcendental Meditation (TM) Center teaching team in Naples. He recently moved to Marco Island after retiring from his family physician practice in New Jersey, during which he often recommended TM to his patients.

“Teaching TM has been the fulfillment of my more than 40 years of health care,” says DiChiara, who along with other staff, is available to give free introductory talks to area organizations and groups.

TM is an effortless technique for recharging mind and body, creating a brighter, more positive state of mind. Many published research studies, including more than 400 peer-reviewed studies, have found that TM is highly effective for stress and anxiety, brain function and cardiovascular health. TM practice involves no concentration, control of the mind, contemplation nor monitoring of thoughts or breathing.
