Jeffrey E. Berger, a Wellness Partner with Amare Global, the first holistic mental wellness company focused on the microbiome gut-brain axis (GBA), and the vice president of Cape Coral chapter of the Holistic Chamber of Commerce, will lead a free Microbiome 101 Workshop for Beginners from 10 to 11:30 a.m., August 10, at the Paradise Wellness & Event Center, in Bonita Springs.
