👧👦 Ages: 5 - 12 Through this farm-to-table camp experience, children will learn to: ✨ Cook everything from scratch 🌱 Plant seeds and care for growing food 🥗 Understand nutrition in a fun, simple way 👩‍🍳 Build confidence in the kitchen 🤝 Work together as a team All meals include: 🌿 Organic ingredients 🥚 Eggs from free-range chickens & ducks 🌱 Fresh herbs and garden vegetables Daily Flow ✨ Welcome + grounding meditation 🍓 Prepare & enjoy a healthy breakfast together 👩‍🍳 Hands-on cooking from scratch 🌱 Gardening time (planting seeds & learning how food grows) 🥗 Lunch (we eat what we cook!)🌿 Fun activities, games & teamwork
