Owner and Licensed Psychotherapist Michelle Schoenfeld believes that it is “important and empowering for you to interview your therapist and see if this feels like the right fit, and it also honors your time and willingness to show up with a stranger and share your truths and challenges.”

Schoenfeld combines intuitive and spiritual awareness with scientific modalities of clinical care in going beyond traditional therapies through her own meditation and spiritual experiences. Having navigated healing from trauma herself, she teaches and facilitates not just from clinical studies, but also from having traveled the journey herself, living a practical and manifested life in her clinical practice and at home as a wife and mother of school-aged children.
