Love at first sight best describes Susie Bagwell’s passion for essential oils, which she discovered nearly 20 years ago. “I was looking for a natural remedy that I could use for my daughter’s ear soreness. I tried an essential oil that worked and quickly fell in love thereafter with everything that I learned about them,” says the certified massage therapist and doTerra wellness advocate, who along with her husband, Peter, owns and operators I Love Oils, Inc.

Through her experiences, she quickly discovered what ancient Egyptian and Roman cultures knew for centuries—therapeutic-grade essential oils can provide health and well-being for anyone. “Today, my family smells, wears and drinks therapeutic-grade essential oils,” says Susie, who is considered an expert at the advanced AromaTouch technique, a clinical approach to essential oil application.
 
Peter, also a doTerra wellness advocate, as well as a CrossFit level I trainer, advises, “I promote the particular oils that support a healthy heart and active lifestyle.” Peter’s background as an engineer and fitness coach helps him to break down issues of quality, safety and sourcing in easy-to-understand language anyone can appreciate.

Based in Fort Myers, the Bagwell’s sell a full line of single and blended doTerra essential oil products, from the sweet aroma of lavender oil to the minty and stimulating fragrance of peppermint. They also enjoy teaching monthly classes illustrating the positive effects of the aromatic benefits enjoyed through diffusing, as well as how the oils can be applied topically and internally.
