Jennifer Alvarez Linguidi, owner of Purely You Spa, the Certified Organic Spa in Naples, will present a special New Year, New You event at 11:30 a.m., January 26. At least five holistic practitioners will provide tips and advice on such topics as bio-individuality, The Dirty Dozen, anti-aging, organic results-oriented skincare, chakra balancing, relieving stress and a step-by-step approach to having the happiest and healthiest 2019.

Linguidi holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Florida Gulf Coast University and has trained at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. She has also been an advanced esthetician for more than 12 years and is considered a full specialist in the industry.
