With the theme of Vision, Clarity and Focus, the Cabo Breath Fest will offer many life-changing and self-empowering workshops, plus other activities, from February 1 to 21, in San Jose del Cabo, Baja California Sur, Mexico.

Some of the many experts and visionaries of higher consciousness that will share insights with like-minded enthusiasts worldwide include event founder Dan Brule, a modern-day teacher, healer and renowned pioneer in the field of breathwork and one of the creators of Breath Therapy; Stig Avall Severinsen, author of the bestselling book Breatheology – The Art of Conscious Breathing and the founder of Breatheology; Rebecca Kordecki, one of Los Angeles’ top breathwork teachers and founder of the Breath Zone; Greg Amundson, an authority on the integration of physical and spiritual disciplines as fostered in his Warrior Shalom course; and Peter Murray, who has been sharing Conscious Breathing and addiction recovery on five continents for the last 25-plus years.

Attendees are welcome to apply to make presentations in available workshop time slots. There will also be yoga on the beach, drumming circles, social gatherings, networking, music, art and more enriching and uplifting activities.
