Reiki master Rita Davis has created seven “Block Buster” workshops designed to inform and engage participants in the powerful wheels of energy known as chakras that impact our daily life experiences. The first session will explore the root chakra, how it functions and how to balance it from 10 to 11:30 a.m., December 5, at the Brooks Executive Offices, in Bonita Springs.

“It’s a wellness workshop that may help improve life’s experiences,” says Davis. “Having a balanced root chakra can help people feel more centered during this holiday season.” Participants will receive two root chakra gifts. A mask is required to participate. A guided meditation is included in the workshop.
