Tropical Key Lime Pie Smoothie

Start St. Patrick’s Day with a wee bit of green in this delicious and healthy tropical key lime pie smoothie.


Tropical Key Lime Pie Smoothie

Yields 2 servings 


1 cup coconut water

1 cup frozen mango

1 cup frozen pineapple

1 cup packed spinach

½ banana

10 fresh mint leaves, more for garnish

Juice from 5 key limes

Zest from two key limes, more for garnish

⅛ tsp vanilla extract

Coconut shreds for garnish


Add all ingredients in a blender and blend together until desired consistency is reached. Add smoothie to a glass, garnish and enjoy.
