Natural Awakenings Naples and Fort Myers

Brainwave Entrainment Lamp for Sleep Issues and a Peaceful State of Mind

Leading a nomadic lifestyle before settling in the Naples area, Catherine Riley, owner of Miracle Mind Magic, lived and worked in exotic locations such as Qatar, Mexico, France, Israel, Greece, Australia, Italy, and New Zealand before exploring domestic places like Minnesota and Key West.

“I had many immersive living and working experiences in these countries. I’m a yoga and meditation teacher, offering health coaching and nutritional advice in addition to bodywork, including myofascial release and craniosacral therapy, for more than 30 years. I also ran my own massage school in London. I used my travels wisely, training in the fitness industry, massage, nutrition, yoga, and meditation,” says Riley, who has always been passionate about natural therapies. “Its potential impact on health and well-being is why I wanted to use the brainwave entrainment lamp and become a distributor for roXiva.”

The brainwave entrainment lamp alters brainwaves to the theta state, which calms the mind and body to support health and well-being. This state, always available but often obscured by daily distractions and thought processes, facilitates relaxation. In the theta state, one can access increased levels of serotonin and melatonin, releasing imbalances that may manifest in energetic, emotional, astral, or physical bodies.

Riley showcases Miracle Mind Magic at health shows throughout Florida. In Naples, she offers personal immersive experiences at MBS Beauty Studio and Med Spa by Sandra C., a hair, skin, and body spa, as well as in clients’ homes, by appointment only. “Miracle Mind Magic is a simple, modern way to relax, encourage deeper sleep, reduce stress, calm the body, enhance creativity and productivity, aid in trauma recovery and PTSD as well as improve blood flow to the brain, which may help with dementia and Alzheimer’s. It also promotes a peaceful state of mind and happiness,” she explains.

Riley first encountered the brainwave entrainment lamp at a Mind, Body, Spirit Festival in London, UK, in 2012, and it left her feeling inner happiness and joy. With decades in the health and wellness industry, she was intrigued by its workings and benefits. After researching and using it, she recognized its profound potential to improve lives significantly.

“The original light machine was developed by a neurologist and a psychologist to help manage stress and shift brainwaves into a deep state of peace and relaxation. While sitting or lying comfortably, the 16 stroboscopic lights flicker and pulse white light at various frequencies on the forehead, creating an internal vision of bright lights, shapes, colors, or images. Some users report psychedelic effects,” explains Riley. “It has a direct positive impact on the pineal gland, which produces melatonin—a serotonin-derived hormone crucial for mood and sleep cycles. Serotonin, often called the ‘happy hormone,’ is a neurotransmitter that affects mood and energy levels.”

“While one session can bring a noticeable shift, a series of six or more sessions is recommended for deeper, long-term benefits,” concludes Riley.
