Combine in a jar with ¾ cup kefir. Cover and refrigerate overnight with:
2 Tbsp poppy seeds
2 Tbsp sesame seeds (unhulled)
1 Tbsp flaxseed
Morning
Add soaked mixture to a high-speed blender with:
¾ cup kefir
1 Tbsp hemp seeds
1 tsp Maca powder
5-6 pieces prunes or raisings
