Expanded Therapy Services Offer Deeper Support for Couples and Women
Sarah Carlson-Pint
Sarah Carlson-Pint, MA, LMFT, a Marriage and Family Therapist with Footprints in the Sand Therapy, is expanding her Naples practice to offer couples intensives and women’s group sessions, along with holistic, strengthbased individual counseling. After years of working with individuals, couples and families across diverse cultural and clinical settings, she’s responding to a growing desire for deeper, more focused therapeutic experiences that create meaningful change beyond what traditional weekly sessions can offer.
Many individuals and couples find that while traditional weekly therapy is valuable, it can sometimes feel too brief to address deeper or longstanding concerns. Extendedformat sessions, known as intensives, offer several uninterrupted hours—or even multiple days—of focused support. This expanded time allows for deeper dialogue, meaningful emotional processing, and more immediate movement toward healing. Intensives can be especially supportive for couples navigating communication challenges, conflict, life transitions or periods of disconnection, as well as those seeking meaningful change within a shorter time frame.
Carlson-Pint’s psychotherapy services also include counseling for trauma, grief, life transitions and relationship challenges, along with group sessions for women navigating marriage challenges, separation or divorce. Her holistic approach integrates mind, body, and spirit with optional faith-based elements, offering a personalized path toward healing, resilience and meaningful connection.
